Who is behind Groundwork Code, what you buy, and what happens if something is wrong.
Groundwork Code is run by Cas Briene, a private individual based in the Netherlands. There is no company behind it.
Payment, invoicing and VAT are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. The charge on your statement and the invoice you receive come from them, not from me.
Source code, delivered as a download immediately after payment. Every product comes in two tiers: Single project, for use in one system, and Unlimited, for as many systems as you like. Both contain exactly the same code; the only difference is how often you may use it.
What you build with the code is yours to sell. The code itself is not: you may not resell or redistribute it as source code, in whole or in substantial part, modified or not. The full licence text ships inside the archive.
None of these products is certified, validated or approved by any body. Each product page says exactly what its product is not, and that section is the one to read first.
This is digital content delivered by download. Under EU consumer law, the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your express consent. You give that consent at checkout, and the download starts right after — so there is no cooling-off period on these products.
If the archive is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match what the product page describes, write to me within 14 days of purchase. I will either fix it or refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
